Director of Spiritual Emphasis & Education
Bobby Stults is the Director of Spiritual Emphasis & Education for Adult and Teen Challenge of the Greater South. He oversees the overall program of Spiritual training and Pastoral ministry for ATCGS. He is responsible for scheduling Spiritual Emphasis training for each center as well as organizing the semi-annual Chainbreaker events to train ministers. Bobby also oversees the maintenance & purchase of all vehicles and all maintenance or repair of properties for ATCGS.
Bobby holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Expository Preaching from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS). He also holds a Master of Divinity and Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from NOBTS as well. He is certified through Teen Challenge USA in Principles of Biblical Counseling.
Before coming to Teen Challenge in January of 2017, Bobby was a full-time pastor in Louisiana. He pastored several churches in and around the New Orleans area from 1997-2016. He served on the Louisiana Baptist Convention Executive Board for six (6) years, serving as Vice President in 2011 and President in 2012-13. He served on the Committee for Nominations for four (4) years (2007-2011). He has also served as Moderator for two distinct Baptist Associations (New Orleans Baptist Association (2008-09) & North Shore Baptist Association (2004-05) He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1982-1990.
Bobby married Michelle Puckett in 1981. Michelle also serves with ATCGS as Education Director of the Mississippi Center. They have three (3) children-Austin, Joanna and Whitney, all of whom are grown and have children of their own. They are the proud grandparents of eight (8) grandchildren (Carah, Tripp, Kale, Asher, Miles, Andi, Rett, and Lily).
